How to place an order?

1. Click on the product you want to purchase.
2. Click on the "Buy Now" button or add to cart.
3. Fill in all mandatory fields (delivery address, phone number, etc.).
4. Choose your preferred payment option (COD or Online).
5. Click on "Checkout" and verify your payment if you choose online payment.
6. Your order will be confirmed and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is processed. Go to "My Account" → "My Orders" → click "View Details" → and cancel the order. Once the order is processed, cancellation may not be possible.

How to track my order?

Go to "My Account" → "My Orders" → click "View Details" on your order → then click "Track Order". You can also use the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive a damaged product, you can request a replacement. Contact our support team with your order details and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement for you.

What if my order is not delivered?

If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. We will check the status and ensure your order reaches you soon.

💳 Payment & COD

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept two payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD) - Pay when you receive the order
Online Payment - Pay via card, UPI, or net banking

Is COD available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders. Please note that if you fail to accept delivery twice, your COD access will be blocked for 6 months.

Is online payment safe?

Yes, online payment is completely safe and secure. We use Razorpay payment gateway which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

How does refund work?

We do not allow direct withdrawal of refunds. Any refund will be credited to your wallet balance. This balance will be automatically deducted on your next order.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time?

We deliver within 1-2 working days for all serviceable areas. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.

What are the delivery charges?

FREE delivery on orders above ₹1000.
Flat ₹50 delivery charge for orders below ₹1000.

How to check delivery availability?

You can check delivery availability using the Pincode Checker on our Shipping & Delivery page. Simply enter your pincode to see if we deliver to your location.

What if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?

Our delivery partner will attempt to reach you via phone call. If you're not available, they will coordinate with you for a suitable time. We will attempt delivery with a mobile call verification.

👤 Account & Wallet

How to create an account?

Click on "Sign Up" in the header, fill in your details (name, email, phone number, password), and click "Register". You'll receive a welcome email after successful registration.

How to use wallet balance?

At checkout, you'll see an option to "Use Wallet Balance". Simply check the box and the amount will be automatically deducted from your wallet. The remaining amount can be paid via COD or online payment.

Can I add money to my wallet?

No, you cannot directly add money to your wallet. Wallet balance is only earned through cashbacks and refunds. This balance will be automatically deducted on your next order.

How to reset password?

Click on "Login" → "Forgot Password?" → Enter your registered email → Click "Send Reset Link". You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How to delete my account?

Please contact our support team at support@petsheaven.in to request account deletion. We'll process your request after verification.

Are the products genuine?

Yes, all our products are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We take quality seriously.

Can I return a product?

Currently, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a replacement.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, you can exchange a product if it is damaged or defective. Contact our support team with your order details and photos of the product, and we'll arrange a replacement.
